Thanks for all the comments. Casting in metals is expensive and a little risky. I would look into having a studio do it for you. Often you get them to do it rather cheap if you order enough of them. Just send them a polished up resin cast and they should be able to do the rest. And I'm sure with where you have been working of late, that you could find the right connections in no time. But if you decide that you want to cast metal yourself, feel free to pick my brain. I can give all sorts of useful pointers.
